You have no items in your shopping cart.
People-Powered Customer ServicePart of being a successful business in any industry is having something that differentiates you from the competition. In business, that's called a "value proposition." In layman's terms, a value proposition would be the answer to the question: Why should a shopper purchase from us rather than a competitor with the same product? We operate in a commodity market. There are various competitors that feature the same products on their websites. As such, we can not differentiate ourselves on our product offerings.
In addition, most of our competitors operate by the same rules as we do when it comes to pricing. The majority of our furniture manufacturers require MAP pricing (minimum advertised pricing), so company A's list price for any given product is the same as company B's. More so, we are a drop-shipper, which means we handle the order, but the actual manufacturer handles the fulfillment. So not only can we not differentiate ourselves on pricing, neither can we differentiate ourselves on the delivery of your product. But enough with what we can't do. Like every other limitation in life, this isn't so much a a problem as an opportunity. If we can't differentiate ourselves before the order is placed or when the order is completed, that leaves us with a huge opportunity in between: from the moment you hit the buy button to the moment your item is delivered. That realm in between is that of Customer Service. We trust that once you've placed an order with us, not only will you consider placing future orders, but you will recommend us to friends and colleagues. Following are just a few of the testimonials we've received in the last few years: In a commodity market with set prices, the only thing that separates two retailers is the service. We urge you to experience our service for yourself. When you call us, you will speak to a customer service evangelist, not a salesperson. If and when you place an order and are not satisfied, tell us why. We'd be more than happy to remedy the problem, whether that means a cancellation, refund or exchange. We're proud of what we do. We're proud of what we've built. We'd love to show you why. |
